Toniks - New Kids on the Block - Allan Ampeire, 20 is a student at MUBS pursuing a Bachelors Degree in International Business and the lady he sings with in their latest hit, Beera Nange is Lillian who is also a student doing Law. Toniks is the Stage name and on Beera Nange being an instant hit, they were signed up with Goodenuff Studios. Toniks are the guys to watch in this year's PAM Awards new artist category.

New Videos are being released every day that passes here in Kampala. However these guys call themselves Toniks and have Beera Nange up their sleeves which is a perfect hit in both video and audio. They are very simple in every move but the track is not that simple.

Other videos worth watching for now are Zuena by Mowzey and Radio another instant hit and one of the latest addition to the audio section of this website.

Mike Tyson for Tigan's Album Launch - The sky is the limit for the current PAM Awards new artist of the year, Henry Tigan. Through his manager Suudi Lukwago, he will be bringing in Mike Tyson for his Album Launch which is slated for the 5 of September this year. Tigan's promoter talked to the boxer who agreed to travel to Kampala for the event. “We signed a deal that will see Tyson host part of Henry Tigan’s album launch,” he said adding: “I’ve talked to all artistes Tigan has duets with and they have all agreed to come and support their African brother in September, but above all a very big surprise musician will perform at the show,”

A total of 4 male artists and 4 female artists is running in a poll at our music zone section and so far Jose Chameleon is leading for the Male artists and Juliana Kanyomozi for the females. The question was as plain as who do you go for? but since these are musicians it will not be surprising that all the respondents are basing there votes on the music aspect.

Out of 1062 votes Jose Chameleon stands at 48% followed by Bobi Wine at 26%. The poll is tight because even Chameleon has failed to score above 50%. Jose Chameleon has held the PAM Awards trophy twice and Bobi Wine once.

The female poll has less respondents much as both polls started running on the same day simply because the female poll is positioned at the bottom of the page but that has not stopped the Musician, Actress & Model from leading at 48% followed by her next in line Iryn Namubiru. The all girls group Blu 3 have reduced from 17% to 13% from our last update and the solo lady of all times at 11%. Juliana's popularity is also backed up by her fans page here.
