Tsvangirai, Mugabe to Attend Summit

An emergency meeting of regional leaders has been convened in Zambia this Saturday of which Zanu-PF Leader, Robert G.Mugabe and MDC leader, Morgan Tsvangirai will be in attendance. The talks in Zambia will focus on the Zimbabwe Electoral commissions failure to publish results for the polls held 12 days back.

MDC will not participate in the second round of elections

MDC has said they will not take part in a second round run-off vote. "We will not participate in a re-run of elections because we won that election hands down without a need for a re-run," Tendai Biti, MDC secretary general, said. Morgan is currently in Botswana seeking help on the tense Zimbabwe. Independent and ruling party projections say none of the parties won 50% required to win outright.
