Talented Songwriter Saxess Busulwa dead

Saxess was working with different security organs through music

Male Busulwa aka Saxess died this morning at Rubaga Hospital following stomach complications.

Three months back, saxess had a successful leg operation at Nsambya hospital. This morning, he drove himself to Rubaga Hospital following a sharp stomach pain and that's where he died later. The talented songwriter will be buried today in Kyengera.

He was the main man behind the Save UG Music campaign.

Saxess, the lyrical mathematicians as his close pals referred to him is behind songs like; Ladies Night by DJ Shiru and Several artists, Gold Digger by Jackie Chandiru, Fire Tonight by Rema Namakula,  Bwoba Sexy by Grace Nakimera, Awo by Leila Kayondo and Eddiba by Juliana Kanyomozi.

At the time of his death, he was working hand in hand with the Uganda Police on a song to do with community policing and how the public can work with the police to fight crime, shooting of the video was about to be done.

"I can't believe you are gone my friend, Saxess. You have been so inspiring and talented. You have always challenged me, it's really going to be hard for me without you. I love you so dearly and will always keep you in my heart. May your soul rest in eternal peace,' Leila Kayondo wrote.
