Zari's troubles far from over, landlord looking for new tenant03 AUG 2017 6:50 PM Ads |
The once rent stable tenant is likely to be reducing the number of Brooklyn schools that are spread across South Africa. It's about two months after the passing of Ivan Semwanga, the proprietor of Brooklyn City Colleges, but a close look at the pic below indicates that the building housing one of the colleges is decorated with 'To Let' signs implying that the search for a new tenant is on. Brooklyn has eight branches ranging from Pretoria, Johannesburg, Polokwane, Durban, Nelspruit, East London and Vereeniging. It's left to be seen how Zari will effectively run the schools plus maintaining an active presence on her various social media accounts. SR Property management is the real estate company managing that building and inset is the late Ivan Semwanga with Zari during their heydays. Back home, Ivan's Muyenga based mansion has been put on the market again. It should be recalled that a week after he put it on the market, he passed on prompting the sell bit to be paused as the funeral had to be held at the very residence. The house is now up for grabs.
