Sili Muyembe is Rema Namakula's best love song of all time and its amazing lyrics that speak to none other than her baby daddy, Kenzo with whom they have a child together.
In the song, titled Sili Muyembe which means I'm not a Mango once translated, Rema, 27, reminds her baby daddy that she is not a fruit like a mango or pawpaw that first ripens before they squeeze the juice out.
Rema goes on to remind him that men continue to hit on her, but she has turned them down just because he is the man in her life, but for reasons best known to him, Kenzo, 29, has failed to put a ring on it.
Rema has used this song to send a message to her baby daddy, that should she give in to the pressures, he should not say he was never warned.
During an interview, Rema was asked about the song and her take was, it was not about me, but to every woman out there who is going through the situation that is being reflected in the song.
"However, if you want, you can relate it to me, but this was a song that was written by a one Mugerwa who convinced me that my voice would blend with the lyrics, I gave it shot and here we are."

Two years back when Rema was celebrating her birthday, her relatives demanded to know when he was going to formalize, but the Sitya Loss star was like I'm not in a hurry, when the time is right, we will do it.
Fans and fellow artists have since been putting pressure on him to wed the mother of his daughter, but not much seems to be tending towards that direction, maybe the Sili Muyembe song will do the trick.
