Shonga donates Shs13Million to Gaba mosque

Habib Shonga formerly Herbert Shonga who happens to be Dorothy Shonga's ex hubby has donated over Shillings 13Million to a Gaba based mosque.

Herbert and Dorothy were operating Space Bar and Lounge in Kampala and it turned out that Herbert was having a secret affair with the manager, Sheilat Mulungi, and when his wife Dorothy learnt of it, she took to Facebook live to tell him off.

Herbert and Sheilat have since been dating publicly with plans of wedding early next year. Just last weekend, the two were at Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo for the Roast and Rhyme event enjoying each other's company.

The new Muslim who was armed with over 13Million on Friday donated the money to the mosque and that was not all, he also promised to add a coat of paint to the mosque and also do the carpeting for at least four mosques affiliated with the Gaba mosque.

"Mr. Shonga and your beautiful and humble wife, Sheilat, this is to express our sincere gratitude to you. What you have done is great. In Islam, It is appreciated if one feels care and compassion for one’s fellow human beings.”

“Several hadith refer to this deep affection and brotherhood which you just did. May Allah Grant you your wishes and give you a great marriage with Sheilat," Promoter Suudiman noted.

"Who ever thought that when you split with Dorothy Shonga, you became broke is mistaken," Suudiman concluded.

Dorothy and Herbert had a luxurious wedding that could almost be compared to SK Mbuga's in December 2016, but hell broke loose on their first anniversary when Hebert called via Facebook live to congratulate the mother of his three children, she responded by telling him how he was spending her money on Sheilat.

Dorothy has since closed most of her businesses here in Kampala and opened DC Brand Cloud an advertising company in Malawi where she spends most of her time.
