Tumusiime Catherine going by her stage name Kapa Cat is a dance-hall artist who started her professional career in November 2018. Her stage name is derived from the short form of Catherine to get Cathy then Cat that was later translated to the Luganda version of Kapa. The two words were joined to cater for both the local and urban fans, thus Kapa Cat. Kapa Cat has two albums to her name. Asked if Queen Bella is her role model now that she sounds like her. "Not in any way that I think of... We are totally different. However, I am inspired by everyone with a creative mind." There's something about Kapa Cat's Sikyo song that every time it is performed, it sounds different because she is always asking her fans on the issues at hand and they respond on whether Kyekyo (Yes) or Sikyo (No), it has a tendency of having different lyrics depending on the audience, timing and location.
