Mama5 is a disappointed customer after losing 4 of her most expensive perfumes that she received as birthday presents when she turned 39 on September 23, 2019. That was not all, the Brooklyn City College CEO was supposed to have a meeting in Kampala on Tuesday morning and the suit she had planned to put on is equally missing leaving her a very frustrated customer. Matters are made worse after she paid heavily now that this was a last minute booking, the KQ flight cost her $2440 which is slightly over 9 Million shillings. Zari adds that this is not the first time it is happening though she has always let it go, but not after her EXPENSIVE fumes were all stolen and yet, they are a part of her. | Sponsored Links

"So disappointed in Kenya Airlines. I've been loyal, but you always do me wrong. The other times I've ignored, but not today. All my perfumes I received as gifts from my friends in Dubai just disappeared. What am I supposed to wear for my meeting. Let's not ignore the fact that your flights are always delayed and no explanation is given to passengers, still, I ignored. I've never been on a KQ flight that's on time. Shame on you." "Besides, they don't allow such items in your hand luggage, what can one do?" Some people who had similar experiences reacted to Zari's Instagram post. It is not clear if Zari had reported the matter to KQ and the police at the time of her post which is the global standard. Advertisements |
Secondly, she does not let her fans know whether she found her locking bag open, or it was torn at the time of discovering that the items were missing, otherwise, it is a stressing experience for any customer on losing valuables while traveling. Finally, Zari notes that it is not the first time it is happening, implying that these incidents happen, maybe next time she can consider using plastic wrapping on bags, use a lockable luggage strap over and above a locking bag of course. Zari on her flight to Entebbe yesterday... Meanwhile, as Zari is frustrated with KQ, it could be another company in charge of loading and offloading luggage at the different airports depending on whether there were stop overs or change of flights. Zari later returned and updated her post with this line; "You have my return date better make sure someone finds me in the lounge and return what belongs to me. I didn't travel for free, you set me back $2440, now I want what's mine back Period. And we will end this relationship in peace."
