Some of the arrested include legislators; Hon Paul Mwiru, Hon. Gerald Karuhanga, former MP Michael Mabikke and Kassiano Wadri who was yesterday declared the winner for the Arua Municipality by-election, they were arraigned in a Gulu court on Thursday afternoon on Treason charges. . |
