Kyarenga Concert-Bobi Wine advised to look for an alternative venueMandela National Stadium was Bobi Wine's preference for the Kyarenga concert 20 Oct 2018 11:24 PM @ugandaonline Bobi Wine and his fans have been dealt with another blow after learning that the November 9, 2018 date that had been earmarked for the Kyarenga Concert has also been cancelled. Bobi Wine and the concert promoter, Emma Promotionz, have been advised to look for an alternative venue. The cancellation follows serious concerns raised by the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) over an impeding Uganda Cranes game on November 16, 2018. It should be recalled that the original date for the Kyarenga concert was today, October 20, but that was not possible as the venue, Mandela National Stadium, had been booked for a wedding. |

Based on the above, Mandela National Stadium was left with no choice, but to take appropriate action.
