Tanzanian Bongo Flava star, Diamond Platnumz, is in the country after arriving yesterday afternoon in the company of his manager, Sallam. He also came with his bouncer.

Diamond Platnumz who was all clad in black with his head covered with a green floral synthetic cloth did a bit of the Tetema dance on arrival.

He then got into a White Range Rover which was followed by other posh rides that include V8s in the class of Land Cruiser and Lexus, the convoy had a police lead pick-up truck that cleared the way.

Diamond Platnumz' convoy used the Entebbe Expressway to connect to Mestil Hotel in Nsambya where his presser was held.

There was no way he could snub this question about Zari, he clearly said that the two had a nice time when they were still an item, but unfortunately, things did not work out between them.

"We had a good time, but things didn't work out. We are blessed with two children and our plan was to grow old together, but it failed and we are now separated."

Asked about whether he intends to get another Ugandan lover, the 'Kanyaga' singer said that he is trying to be a good man and will be faithful to his Kenyan girlfriend, Tanasha Donna, who is expecting his fourth child.

He also talked about Ugandan music and how Chameleone was a legend, he hopes to have a collabo with him, "It is my dream," he added.

Later in the eve, Diamond Platnumz was chilling with his fans at Nomad Bar and Grill in Gaba for his Meet and Greet party that was graced by Sheila Gashumba and her lover God's Plan, socialite ED Cheune among others.

The Tetema singer was last here in September 2018 for private birthday bash, short of that, he was last in Uganda for the funeral of Zari's mom and the last Kampala Capital City Carnival.
