The texting started in November last year when Isiko sent the first I love you messages which she initially thought were just one of those messages from her supporters, but he kept on sending the messages confessing how he loved her.

Brian wanted to make out with the legislator.

The Woman MP was left with no choice, but to report the matter to police at parliament where they advised her to go ahead and invite the young man for an outing which he did not turn down.

On the fateful day, (Jun 11), Isiko came ready to pour his heart out to the legislator, this time not through the usual text messages, but to meet the love of his life in person at Javas House in Lugogo, it is then that he was arrested.

However, even after the arrest, Brian did not stop sending the Woman MP the suggestive messages.

Many were like Ms Rwabwogo could have blocked his number something that she did, but her stalker resorted to sending text messages.
Ms Kamasanyu handed Isiko 2 years for cyber harassment and 9 months for offensive communication. The sentence could have been light, but during the proceedings, Isiko just kept on laughing all through the session as the Woman MP broke down.
