The current Miss Uganda has about five weeks before she hands over the crown to another beauty queen.

Quiin Abenakyo represented Uganda at the Miss World Beauty Pageant in Sanya, China, after winning Miss Uganda 2018.

And while there, Abenakyo made Uganda proud by finishing in the third position.

The call is now on starting this Monday, if you've got what it takes, just pick up the forms as you could be the next Abenakyo.

This year's beauty contest will be held on July 26, 2019 at Kampala Serena Hotel.

"Miss Uganda has returned and the search is opening on Monday. If you have what it takes, pick up the forms and register," Brenda Nanyonjo said at a press conference yesterday.

"Unlike the previous year, we are to sieve two regional competitors in one day to beat time," She added.

Zari will be one of the judges this year like it was the case last year.
