New Tourism Ambassador, Anita Fabiola
TV personality and socialist Anita Fabiola is the latest addition to the growing list of Goodwill Tourism Ambassadors. Fabiola was unveiled today joined Zari Hassan and Miss World Africa, Quiin Abenakyo.
Anita Fabiola kicked off with her Eastern tour today alongside other beauty queens touring the Mabira forest lodge, the new Jinja bridge, Source of the Nile. They will also head to Mbale for the bullfight, Imbalu culture dances and also visit the Sipi falls in Kapchorwa among others.

"Working with Uganda Tourism Board this week as I headline the Eastern Tour Campaign. It’s going to be lots of fun. Keep glued to all my social media platforms for all the adventure, fun and sight-seeing."
The State Minister of Tourism came out to clarify that Anita Fabiola was not replacing Quiin Abenakyo, she is just an addition to the list of Tourism Ambassadors, Abenakyo was not feeling well, the Minister added.
"Zari and Anita Fabiola have huge followings on social media and they did not know Uganda's attractions, they only know Kampala."
"We've decided to use them to promote our country. They are Goodwill Tourism Ambassadors, so no money is involved. On the last tour, Zari used her vehicle."
"Zari is coming back for a tour with her five children," Minister Kiwanda confirmed.
