Jinja Road Police has the suspect who broke into Sheila Don Zella's room at Speke Apartments "The good news is that the police were able to arrest the suspect and for that reason, I don't want to dwell so much on the details." Don Zella adds that their (her and the children) American passports were part of the items that were missing after the raid. The matter is now before the courts as Sheila is demanding for over 450Million in damages. Uganda police has issued a statement on the arrest of the suspect a one Adome Jeremy who stole USD 80,000 from room 107 at Speke Apartments which money belonged to Sheila Don Zella who checked in at the hotel on Dec 5, 2020. "A sum of 60,000 USD counterfeit money has been recovered from the suspect and it has since been exhibited . He has, however, insisted that the exhibited money is what he stole from the room, police are investigating the allegations," a Uganda Police Force press release on the matter reads in part. Sheila Don Zella is now a little confused and just waiting on to the law to take its course. Her room was broken into on Christmas Eve and the thieves made off with a hotel safe which had her money and passports and now, the arrested suspect says the money (fake dollar and euro bills) that they got him with is what he stole from room 107, we will be keeping tabs on this.
