The round of 16 matches in the 2025/26 Stanbic Uganda Cup have concluded, setting up a quarter-final draw featuring seven teams from the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

KCCA and Express, who jointly hold the record for most titles, secured their spots with convincing wins: KCCA thrashed Onduparaka 5-0, while Express beat Red Devo 4-0.

Defending champions Vipers progressed by knocking out Fufa Big League’s Iganga United. SC Villa overcame Maroons, NEC defeated Lugazi, and Kitara along with URA also advanced after victories against fellow top-tier opponents.

The only non-Premier League team in the last eight is Happy Boyz Kagaba. The cup winner earns Uganda’s spot in the CAF Confederation Cup.

For context, Vipers claimed last year’s title with a 2-0 victory over KCCA at Fufa Stadium in Kadiba.
