Archbishop Stanley Ntagali Kaziimba, the leader of the Church of Uganda, has voiced strong support for arts teachers, calling for an end to the unfair salary gap separating them from their science counterparts.

During a recent statement, he pointed out that arts educators play a vital role in shaping the nation’s cultural and creative landscape, yet they continue to be undervalued through lower pay scales.
