Orange, Mango, and Chia Smoothie
This vibrant yellow blend bursts with antioxidants, vitamins C and A for immunity, and protein from yogurt. It serves two glasses.
Ingredients:
- 4 sliced frozen apple bananas (sukari ndizi)
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup cold thick plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 2¼ cups cold orange juice
Method: Blend all ingredients until smooth, then pour into two large glasses.
