The conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran erupted on February 28 when US and Israeli forces struck Iran, prompting Iranian counterattacks on Israel, US bases, and Gulf states, while escalating tensions in Lebanon.

In Iran, HRANA reports 3,461 deaths since the war began, with 1,551 civilians including 236 children. The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies notes at least 1,900 killed and 20,000 injured from US-Israeli strikes, possibly excluding 104 lost in a US attack on an Iranian warship off Sri Lanka.

Lebanon has seen 1,189 deaths from Israeli strikes since March 2, including 124 children, alongside over 400 Hezbollah fighters killed.

In Iraq, at least 100 have died, spanning civilians, Iran-backed forces, Kurdish Peshmerga, and soldiers, plus one foreign crew member in a tanker attack.

Israel reports 19 civilians killed by missiles from Iran and Lebanon, four soldiers in southern Lebanon, and one farmer from friendly fire.

The US has lost 13 service members: six in an Iraq aircraft crash and seven in action, with 12 wounded in a Saudi base strike.

Smaller tolls include 10 in the UAE, seven in Qatar from a helicopter crash, six in Kuwait, four Palestinian women in the West Bank, four in Syria, two in Bahrain, two in Oman, two in Saudi Arabia, and one French soldier in Iraq.
