The Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA) oversees standards, tariffs, and compliance without managing operations directly. Utilities handle generation, transmission, and distribution, while private firms provide funding and tech upgrades.
Communities contribute by protecting infrastructure, using power safely, reporting problems quickly, paying bills on time, and avoiding illegal hookups.
