Uganda Aquatics aims to build a strong university swimming ecosystem, with this early-year event serving as a qualifier for the National Championships in July. Erick Kisero, the federation’s acting CEO, highlighted opportunities like AUUS galas and international university games.

Swimmers described the intense schedule as exhausting, yet the relays showcased great teamwork.
