Gospel sensation Joseph Ngoma stated his readiness to accept financial backing from any source, even from controversial traditional healer Maama Fiina, as he gears up for his major concert scheduled for July 11, 2026.
The event, set to take place at the Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala, is being promoted as an inclusive gathering for all, according to Ngoma.
During a recent media interaction, Ngoma clarified his stance, saying, “I have no problem receiving support from Maama Fiina despite her background. We welcome everyone into the Kingdom of God. Supporting God’s work is a step towards the Kingdom.”
He further articulated his belief that individuals contributing to religious endeavors should be embraced rather than scrutinized, emphasizing that the concert is intended for all who wish to participate in worship, not solely for born-again Christians.
Ngoma has been actively engaging with the media to garner broader support for the concert, which is anticipated to attract a large audience of gospel music enthusiasts from throughout Uganda.
