Hon. Bright Rwamirama has successfully undergone parliamentary vetting for the position of Minister of State for Internal Affairs. The vetting process, a crucial step in ministerial appointments, saw Rwamirama answer questions and demonstrate his suitability for the role before the relevant parliamentary committee.
During his vetting, Rwamirama expressed gratitude for the confidence shown in him by His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni, the appointing authority. He assured the committee and the public that he is committed to serving diligently and would not betray this trust.
“I pledge not to disappoint the trust of the appointing authority,” Rwamirama stated following the successful vetting.
