Infotrust Property Consultants Limited has launched an innovative campaign designed to ease the financial burden of education for families through property ownership. Dubbed the “Talala Planned Kid Campaign,” this initiative offers school fees top-ups to clients who purchase land from the company.

The campaign, announced by Infotrust CEO Miriam Tusubira Halera, aims to link the aspiration of owning land with the critical need for consistent educational support for children. Halera emphasized that the program is a way for the company to support families in securing both their financial future and their children’s education.

Under the promotion, individuals purchasing land valued at Shs15 million or more will receive a school fees top-up of Shs500,000 each term for a period of seven years. These funds are to be directly deposited into the buyer’s designated school fees account. If the actual school fees are less than the allocated amount, the remaining balance can be saved or used for other purposes.

For those interested in plots that do not yet have land titles, Infotrust offers alternative packages starting at Shs9 million. Buyers in this category will receive a Shs250,000 top-up per term for seven years. Halera assured that if a child changes schools, parents only need to inform Infotrust to ensure the payment details are updated accordingly, especially when payments are made directly to the institution.

Halera stated that the campaign underscores Infotrust’s commitment to family welfare, positioning land ownership as a multifaceted tool for wealth creation and educational planning. The company highlighted its consistent delivery of projects and ongoing efforts to expand its land portfolio across various locations.

Infotrust Property Consultants Limited is located at Emesa Building in Ntinda, opposite Kampala Hospital, and offers comprehensive property services. Interested parties are encouraged to visit their offices for site visits and to register for the “Talala Planned Kid Campaign.”
