The Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) welcomed a group of 40 bright student innovators from Makerere University on Friday, July 31st, 2026. The visit centered around the UIA’s One-Stop Centre (OSC), a crucial hub designed to streamline the investment process in Uganda.
The young innovators had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the various services offered at the OSC, which aims to simplify business registration, licensing, and other regulatory requirements.
