Racheal Kente Explains Absence from King Saha's Concerts

Racheal Kente, the mother of one of singer King Saha’s children, has clarified her reasons for not frequently attending his musical performances. Kente, who is also the daughter of General Salim Saleh, emphasized that her decision stems from a desire to preserve her personal peace and steer clear of any potential drama.

She explained that she is selective about the events she graces, opting to stay away from settings where she does not feel comfortable or at peace. Kente articulated that her preference is to avoid situations that might lead to tension or public altercations, stating, “I don’t always want to engage in pulling this and that. I go where I am welcomed. When I don’t see peace somewhere, I don’t go there.”

Despite her reservations about attending some shows, Kente revealed that she has attended at least one of King Saha’s concerts in the past. She stressed that her support for the “Malaika” singer is not solely contingent on her physical presence at his concerts.

Kente elaborated on alternative ways she supports Saha, including spiritual and emotional backing. Furthermore, she mentioned purchasing tickets for others to attend his shows on her behalf, indicating a continued commitment to his career without the need for personal attendance.

Her statements suggest that Kente’s choices regarding concert appearances are guided by a proactive approach to maintaining her well-being and avoiding disruptive environments, rather than a lack of support for the artist. “I Choose Peace” seems to be her guiding principle.
