King Saha has voiced his frustrations, alleging that a segment of his fellow musicians actively wished for his recent concert to fail. Speaking on a TikTok Live session, Saha expressed that some artists were surprised by the event’s eventual success, implying they had doubted his capability to stage such a show.

According to the “Mulongo Wange” singer, the skepticism was so significant that some musicians attended his concert primarily to observe and confirm whether he could indeed fill the venue. “Some musicians never wanted to see my show succeed. They were shocked by its success and came to the show to prove reality. Some of the musicians never expected to see the venue being given to me,” Saha stated.

This experience has prompted Saha to advocate for increased unity and mutual support within the Ugandan music fraternity. He highlighted a disappointing turnout of fellow artists at a recent press conference he held, suggesting a lack of collaborative spirit.

Saha believes that the music industry would flourish more if artists rallied behind each other’s projects rather than engaging in competition that undermines collective progress. He urged for a shift towards celebrating each other’s achievements and providing support, rather than anticipating and witnessing each other’s setbacks.
