Bobi Wine Allegedly Prevented Dax Vibez from Performing at Vinka's Concert, Claims Promoter

Promoter Abbey Musinguzi, widely known as Abitex, has put forth a serious accusation, stating that National Unity Platform (NUP) leader and musician Bobi Wine was responsible for Dax Vibez’s absence from Vinka’s concert. According to Abitex, Dax Vibez had participated in the pre-concert sound check with Vinka, leading to anticipation among fans that he would make a guest appearance.

However, Dax Vibez ultimately did not perform, sparking questions and disappointment from Vinka’s audience. Abitex claims that after facing criticism for his involvement in the concert preparations, Dax Vibez sought guidance from Bobi Wine.

“Dax Vibes grew up under Bobi Wine’s tutelage. He consulted him before deciding how to proceed after receiving criticism for showing up at Vinka’s sound check. Bobi Wine then stopped him from performing,” Abitex stated, as reported.

Dax Vibez has reportedly been facing criticism from some of Vinka’s fans who had expected him to appear on stage following his participation in the rehearsals. This situation is further complicated by the past collaboration between Vinka and Dax Vibez on the hit song “Believe,” which was instrumental in Dax Vibez’s career breakthrough.

While Abitex’s claims provide a potential explanation for Dax Vibez’s no-show, neither Bobi Wine nor Dax Vibez has publicly confirmed these allegations or elaborated on the reasons behind his absence from the stage. The situation remains a subject of speculation within the music circles.
