Rams demonstrated their prowess in the first half, with Yusuf Ssemakula scoring two tries and adding a conversion to build a commanding 12-0 lead. Heathens mounted a spirited comeback after the interval, with Lawrence Sebuliba and Emma Odoi touching down to narrow the gap.

Despite the home crowd’s roar and a tense finish, crucial missed conversions by Heathens proved to be their undoing. Rams held their nerve, successfully defending their lead to secure a memorable win. Ssemakula’s outstanding performance throughout the tournament earned him the Men’s MVP award.
