Ugandan football fans are buzzing with the return of star attacking midfielder Farouk Miya to Vipers SC, a decade after his initial departure. Miya, who has played in multiple countries since leaving Vipers, is back at St. Mary’s Stadium with a wealth of experience and a clear mission: to lead the Venoms to their ninth Uganda Premier League title.

His return has already had an impact, evident in Vipers’ commanding 3-1 victory over Kitara in the FUFA Super Cup.
