Uganda's Trivia Elle Muhoza Advances to Miss World's Beauty With a Purpose African Finals

Uganda’s delegate to the Miss World pageant, Trivia Elle Muhoza, has achieved a significant milestone, reaching the Top 6 in Africa for the highly competitive Beauty With a Purpose (BWAP) fast-track challenge. This achievement places her project in direct contention for advancement in the main Miss World competition.

Muhoza’s humanitarian initiative, “Wings of Hope,” is part of her “Empowering Mothers in Uganda” program. The project is dedicated to supporting single mothers and survivors of gender-based violence. It focuses on providing vocational training, skill development, and mentorship, while also advocating for increased female involvement in technical fields and education.

Her selection among the six finalists from Africa highlights the meaningful impact of her project on the ground. The BWAP challenge is a crucial fast-track event at Miss World, where contestants present long-term projects aimed at community betterment. Winning this challenge secures an automatic spot in the Miss World Top 40.

Muhoza, who was crowned Miss Uganda 2025/2026, is an aviation graduate whose work emphasizes community advocacy and social empowerment. Her progress in the BWAP challenge keeps Uganda in the running for a strong performance at the global pageant and draws international attention to her valuable community-focused efforts.

The other African finalists include representatives from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Sierra Leone, and Zimbabwe. Muhoza’s advancement is a testament to her dedication and the significance of her “Wings of Hope” project.
