Dr. Gordon Ssemagonja, widely recognized by his stage name, has revealed a startling encounter where he almost faced court proceedings. The reason? He had publicly acknowledged a past relationship with fellow actress Evelyn Namulondo.

According to Dr. Gordon, his romance with Namulondo lasted approximately eighteen months. He characterized himself during that period as young, sensitive, and lacking experience in romantic matters. He invested considerably in the relationship, making its eventual dissolution particularly impactful, leading to prolonged emotional distress.

The situation escalated when Dr. Gordon was warned of potential legal repercussions merely for confirming the historical relationship. This experience prompted him to appeal for an end to public discussions about his past with Namulondo.

“Out of respect, I’m begging we stop talking about it because she has a partner and we shouldn’t be talking about her. The truth is, I got in trouble just by speaking about Evelyn Namulondo, whom we dated. I was going to be served in court for telling people we ever had a relationship.
