Kyabazinga and Inhebantu of Busoga Welcome Third Son on Monarch's Birthday

The Busoga Kingdom is experiencing a wave of joy following a double celebration in the royal household. His Majesty William Gabula Nadiope IV, the Kyabazinga of Busoga, and Her Royal Highness Jovia Mutesi, the Inhebantu of Busoga, have welcomed their third son.

The newborn prince, named Nadiope Ezra Josiah, was born on Sunday, November 1, 2026. In a remarkable coincidence, the newest addition to the royal family shares the exact same birthday as the monarch.

Official confirmation of the birth was shared through an announcement on the Kyabazinga’s official social media channels. Kingdom communications confirmed that both the Inhebantu and the baby prince are in excellent health, bringing immense delight to subjects across the region.

Quoting Psalm 127:3, the royal family expressed profound gratitude, noting that children are a heritage from the Lord. They also extended their appreciation to the people of Busoga, friends, and well-wishers for their continued prayers and goodwill.

This latest milestone adds to the growing royal family. The couple, who were united in a historic high-profile wedding in November 2023, previously welcomed twin boys—Prince William Ethan Nadiope and Prince Arnold Eli Nadiope—on August 27, 2025.
