Star QT promoters have been forced to apologize to Anne Kansiime fans and the entire audience that graced the Star QT awards premiere on May 30 at Johannesburg City Hall.
I was paid a lot of money just to entertain you but the poor sound, a very unapologetic and unremorseful promoter were all working against us, Anne noted in her rant on facebook profile in a post that has since been removed.
Some of the guests demanded that their money be refunded after Anne Kansiime took over three hours before eventually showing up at the venue, to most of them, this was their first time to see Anne live on stage but were disappointed with the poor sound.
The promoters behind the event have also come up to apologize for whatever went wrong.
"As promoters of the show, we are heart broken by the end product as events turned out different from what was planned."
We humbly apologize with deep sorrow and remorse for the disorganized show due to the late arrival of the entertainer at the venue that prompted some guests asking for a refund to the extent of physically attacking our team members at the same venue."

Comedienne, Anne Kansiime was yesterday performing for her South African fans during the Star QT Awards premiere at Johannesburg Hall. However, she says for the very first time in her career, she bled for her fans.
First, she got to the venue three hours late only to be welcomed by what she is terming as amateur organization, poor sound and to crown it all, a very unapologetic and unremorseful promoter.
"It was beyond my control but still no excuse whatsoever for how everything turned out, I just want to apologize deeply and sincerely for the disappointment."
One fan who attended the show had this to say:
"I was so disappointed with the organizers. Sound was tested when we were there. They are lots of venues that they were supposed to book for your show. We paid a lot of money but given a cheap venue, poor sound system."
I will attend your next show, hopefully you will get professional organizers who don’t just want to make profit and give audience bad service. Thank you for the apology even if it’s not your fault..."

Star QT stylist, Stella Nankya is a twin mom. The Miss Asia Pacific Uganda Rep and her husband received their bundle of joy when their boy/girl twins were born on August 11, 2014.
Stella was three months in this pic (Stella And Desire Show Off Hot Bodies). In June we reported about Stella's pregnancy which was about seven months then, and we said she was expecting her fourth child, but she is now a proud mom of five (4 girls and one boy).
She now joins the likes of Judith Heard and Karitas Karisimbi who are also blessed with twins. Meanwhile, as she experienced labour pains, the mom of three could not keep off facebook until doctors prevailed on her to get off the social network and be prepared to push.

South African based Stella of Star QT Fashions might not have come to Uganda for the festive season like her fellow 'ba-summers' who include; Zari, Ivan, King Lawrence, Adam and Katsha among others did, but this has not stopped her from having fun.
Stella, who represented Uganda in the Miss Asia Pacific World pageant shared some of her hot shots that most of her followers seemed to enjoy at least going by the comments that followed. "Sun bathing, 2014 looks very bright," Stella wrote.
Then came curvy Desire Luzinda in a two piece swim suit who was being taught how to swim by her daughter. However, the daughter had a fun day as her mum was simply drowning and taking in too much water as she tried to stay afloat.
"My daughter teaching me how to swim but what she does most is laugh at me." Well, Desire, you just have to follow her instructions as one is never too old to learn how to swim and before you know it, you two will be competing against each other, good luck.
