The last time he was arrested, his eyes were affected in the proces. He was later flown to Nairobi for further medical attention. He will now come back on Wednesday at 9:00am aboard a Kenyan Airways flight no 410.
According to the FDC Vice President Salaam Musumba, they will use cars to welcome back their leader who has been under going treatment for various ailments. They will make a stop over at Najjanakumbi and then proceed to Kansangati via town.
The Monitor newspaper has reports that Government has offered to airlift Dr. Besigye from Entebbe Airport to his home in Kansagati so that his supporters do not disrupt the flow of traffic most especially from the 13 Presidents who have confirmed that they will attend.
