National Social Security Fund is on facebook and this is a move in the positive direction because in case one is in a location with no NSSF offices, they can always use this tool as a fall back position.

Facebook was originally meant for students to network and communicate with each other but that is not the case anymore as this is a business tool which most business entities are embracing.

Depending on the volumes of inquiries coming in, the person charged with handling official emails could as well be given this task to handle questions as and when they trickle in. This is a modern way of doing business which can only deliver results in an environment where internet usage is looked at in line with business as opposed to passing time.

If other offices like UMEME, NWSC and so on could just add this on top of the toll free lines they offer, it would make a huge difference in this economy. The NSSF page had 290 followers but this is bound to grow.
