Kizza Besigye helping MP Nabilah Nagayi to a waiting car that drove her to IHK
Kampala Central Woman MP Hon. Nabilah Nagayi Ssempala is in critical condition after her car registration number UAM 484 U rammed into a police vehicle UP 1982 that was clearing the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) supporters.

A scuffle ensued between the police and some of the opposition members after the accident on who was to take the MP to the hospital. She was immediately rushed to International Hospital Kampala (IHK) in the FDC out going leader Kizza Besigye's car.

The MP had been addressing a rally in Ndeeba which was widely perceived to be peaceful.

Police had okayed most of the A4C rallies like in Kireka, Luzira, Namungona, Kawempe and Wankulukuku. There were incidences of police men being pelted with stones as they tried to prevent the opposition leaders to access the central busy district but police contained this with tear-gas canisters.

The final Action for change (A4C) rally is slated for today at Kololo Airstrip.
