Zari Hassan's show has premiered on UBC. At exactly 8:30pm, The-Zari Boss Lady reality show was showing on Uganda Broadcasting Corporation. The reality show which will be on air for the next fourteen weeks was showing Zari taking her kids to school, preparing breakfast for the family, hitting club to perform one of her songs, and a day at one of her schools among others.

May be the show will pick as time goes by but the first show did not cut it as expected may be because all the recordings in the first show were shot from South Africa. Episodes shot from Uganda are likely to be more interesting because there is quite a lot to relate with.

During the launch, Zari was asked if scenes like those at the Valu Valu concert will feature in the show and she said yes though of course highly edited.

Comments from those who watched the show:

  • Alex Nankunda: "i like the fact that Zari came up with a reality show but its sooo artificial...which meks it soo uncool"
  • Babykigs BK: "Nt yt there.. bt her voice sounds funny."
  • Nakalyowa Angella: "I've watched it, its fun."
  • Isaac Lugudde: "Uganda is evolving, seriously, live reality t.v show on UBC. I love it. Great for the country!"

Zari and her now very close buddy Sylvia Owori were watching the show at Boda Boda Garden City. Meanwhile, yesterday during the press conference for the launch, Zari apologized for the cat fights and promised not to have any of that drama.
