The Maroon BMW that has been impounded by URA and on the right is Bad Black after acquiring an AudiQ5 from her lover then David Greenhalgh
Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black who is battling with an embezzlement case in the Anti Corruption Court to the tune of Shs11bn has suffered yet another blow that even takes away the little left.

The maroon BMW has been impounded by Uganda Revenue Authority after it had been registered as an X5 model as opposed to X6 paying less taxes in the process. This led to an evasion of Shs34m.

Meanwhile, at the time when the case was at its peak, Bad Black required bail and did not have money after her accounts had been blocked as a result of the case. She was forced to use some of her rides that included the BMW as collateral to get some quick money.

Things are biting for the former social queen. She did not appear in court claiming that she was in labour and before that, she had come to court using an old cab. She will be giving birth any time soon.
