Halima Namakula in a Kampala City Yange Drive recently
Early this month, veteran musician and 'Ekyoyoyo' star Halima Namakula held her Ndimuzadde Concert at Club Obligatto.

A number of posters advertising her concert were put in various locations across the city, and four weeks later, the posters were still on the streets according to KCCA officials.

As the mom of three was going about her chores, the 'Jenny' boys clad in green T-Shirts landed on her and an argument ensued. The KCCA officers told her politely that she goes with them to their offices so they can sort out the issue of her posters that were all over the streets.

The veteran musician and actress was trying to resist but the guys warned that they will forcefully lift her to the pick-up. This is when the Ndimuzadde star obliged and went with the officers to the KCCA court.

However, as she was having an argument with the KCCA officials, she cited that a number of posters were still being displayed at some buildings and wondered why they were only targeting her.

Kampala City Council Authority banned posters and illegal billboards in Kampala, they also put new guidelines that have to be followed before posters can be displayed in the Central Business District.
