The 'Total Satisfaction' star was forced to postpone her concert to a future date following the new law that requires that all concerts and launches should be indoors and done by 10:00pm. In the notice, Cindy says: "I will not be able to do the Cindy Live Concert on 22 June as earlier announced. In the new law, All launches from now on shall be done at indoor venues and must stop by 10pm." Cindy who was given fake dollars in one of her concerts while in India a few weeks back had booked Kati Kati grounds as the venue for the concert but since its outdoors, she does not want to fall on the wrong side of the law. The ban on when night concerts should stop came into force after the Battle of Champions when revellers destroyed the flowers that had just been planted by KCCA as part of the efforts to beautify the city. Cindy will now communicate a new date as soon as alternative plans are completed.
