We earlier told of the Bibuuza saga in which Pr. Yiga went on one radio station and issued a disclaimer on the 'Bibuuza' song saying that the song could no longer be performed at any public function by Hajat Madina, instead it will be performed by Winnie Kayesu. Much as Hajat Madina tried to disagree with the Pastor, she was no where close to Nakivubo Stadium last Sunday after being lined up as one of the performers during the Embutu Ye Mbutikizi. The 'Bibuuza' song was in the run for the Song of the year together with 'Tugambire Ku Jenipher' by Bobi Wine, 'Ndiisa Butti' by Bebe Cool, 'Biribabitya' by Pr. Wilson Bugembe among others and the winner was to take home Shs5m. Hajat Madina started off her music career as back up vocalist in Bebe Cool's Gagamel Crew then crossed to Revival Band which did so much with the 'Bibuuza' hit before quitting. Pr. Yiga and Nabbi Omukazi of the Revival Band had no objection with her leaving but they made it clear to her that the Bibuuza song was for Revival Band and not Hajat Madina. The last we heard of Hajat Madina was that she had joined Haruna Mubiru's Cream Production.  Their daughter turned 7, a few days back.
