Some of the artistes posing with Rev Diana
Iryn Namubiru's manager, Thaddeus Mubiru and her local based promoter Balaam Barugahara together with KFM's Roger Mugisha on Monday afternoon organized a special service at All Saints Cathedral for Iryn who was arrested in Japan on drug charges. She will know her fate on Saturday.

Bobi Wine, Juliana Kanyomozi, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, Sylver Kyagulanyi who spoke on behalf of the artistes and Dr. Hilderman were present. Others included NTV's Gilbert Epenu and Dembe FM's Bina Baby. During the service, Roger Mugisha thanked all those who had taken off time during office hours to come for prayers.

Iryn's mother was all calm and equally thanked all the artistes and the entire music fraternity for being their for Iryn. Thaddeus narrated the whole story of how he got the pack from a one Alex Muyomba to Iryn a few hours to her check in time. Its then that one thing led to another and eventually her being arrested and being locked up at Chiba Prefectural Police station.

The last one to speak was none other than 'Sabavulu' Balaam who was clad in his orange T-shirt. He started off by saying that a lot has been said here and there but one thing is for sure, no one has given us money apart from Iryn Namubiru's boss, Capt. John Kassami who owns Water Front Beach in Entebbe and Fusion Band.

The rest of the stories were just wolox. Balaam also affirmed to the fact that there was no fundraising of any sort regarding Iryn and should it be there, they will be notified accordingly. Meanwhile, Rev. Diana Nkesiga revealed her love for the artiste who sung Letter O saying that artistes should be very careful with the messages in their songs, how they dress let alone how they walk because they command a huge following.
