On Monday, listeners of Sanyu FM breakfast show should expect a heated on-air exchange between Fatboy and Seanice.
It all started with the boys only party that was held last Thursday by Fatboy, but the guests failed to finish all the beers, prompting Fatboy to call for another party that could see them finish the beers.
This must have rubbed Seanice the wrong way prompting these words: "Someone I see almost daily is going through a mid-life crisis; wonder if I should tell him....hmmmm."
One Peter chipped in with these words: "Help him get a wife first..he may die of video games and alcohol with no heir to his big flat screen...talk to him nicely about it..it is easy to decipher..
But on a serious note, when a man starts to boast about his TV, then something is totally wrong. Our grand fathers used to boast about no of wives, children, farms and cows. Men of these days boast about big cars, businesses, houses/buildings, and yes, women. But a TV and sijui video games? Let me stop here, it is a sato. Time to unwind after a long day.."
Fatboy got wind of this and shot back tactfully - "When people criticise you about your life it means they're bored with theirs and so they attack you out of a need to feel better about their miserable selves. People who are happy with their lives don't have the time or interest to dwell on yours. Just do your thing, and let the haters hate :–)"
Marvyn closed the chapter by advising the two to get married to each other: "You know what? You should just get married to her so that the noise you both make about your lives and marriage can fade! After all your used to her throwing her wits allover and you counteract ably, some men would choose a rather more physical way to calm her down! just saying incase its applicable to this update."
