Iryn's Car was towed away by Uganda Revenue Authority

Today is Friday and all roads lead to Hotel Africana for the Tebiba Bingi concert by Iryn Namubiru. Yesterday, Iryn and her crew were attending a security meeting and sorting out a number of issues when the inland tax officials stormed the meeting demanding for taxes from her 14 Oct 2011 Birowoozo concert.

Efforts of pleading with the officials that taxes be paid at a later date fell on deaf ears as they ordered for the car to be towed away. Chameleone who attended the same meeting advised the diva to pay up to avoid what happened to Bebe Cool over a related matter.

Short of that, all is set for the show that will see Iryn giving her fans what they paid for in her first concert since returning from Japan over a drugs related issue.

Meanwhile, Iryn is worried that rain might disrupt her show. This morning, it was raining heavily prompting this tweet from the diva; "Lord I pray that the rain stops! 'Tebiba Bingi' must go on, I don't wanna disappoint." Iryn will perform most of her old hits plus new ones that include: 'Tebiba Bingi', and 'Anyereketta' which is dedication to her boo, Gabriel Epenu.

Iryn will also be thanking all the fans who have been there for her during and after the time she was held in Japan.
