On Tuesday, Chameleone went to Central African Republic as a music militant to deliver a message to Joseph Kony who is also one of his fans, and as we write, Kony has added Chameleone's latest gospel single; 'Tubonge' to his play list. In Kenya, Tubonge means let's talk and here in Uganda, it's a fist bump or form of handshake. "Your Mama, Baba and family is waiting for you, Don't suffer out there thinking nobody cares for you, It's been long since you've been gone, what a sight seeing you come home. You are more than welcome home, we got a lot together to do, " was part of Chameleone's message to the LRA leader. Chameleone's peace mission got his fans excited about the bold move he had taken. "I am simply a Ugandan waiting for my brothers in the LRA to come home. You are forgiven. It is time for peace." Chameleone concluded before embarking on his next trip to South Sudan where he was set to launch his 'Tubonge' hit. The Badilisha singer was performing at Nyakuron Stadium on Friday night and among the songs he did was Tubonge.
