Comedian Anne Kansiime has scooped yet another award just days after getting one from London. Anne won the 'Best Actress' award in the Lagos International Film Festival (LIFF) awards that were held last Sunday in Nigeria. It was for her role in the film dubbed 'In This Love'. "Best Actress 2013. Lagos International Film Festival Awards!! Yeeeiiii," Anne wrote on her wall while sharing the good news. This is surely her year. It all started with the introduction of her lover, Gerald Ojok to her parents, then travelled to the UK shortly after for the BEFFTA awards. The UK trip paid off as she emerged the 'Best Comedian' for the year 2013 in the BEFFTA awards. While in the UK, she had the opportunity to appear on BBC's Focus on Africa. Anne also held some comedy stints during her short visit to the UK all in th name of showing some ninja moves to her fans, like she puts it. Back home, many had started speculating that she had been fired after fellow comedian, Tindi replacing her on the MiniBuzz show. Trust the Ninja, she quickly dashed to her wall and wrote letting whoever cared to know that she had not resigned nor been fired. "I cannot cheat on you my Ninjas."
