Comparing herself now and then, it looks like the results at the gym have started paying off. Following several kilometres on the treadmill, Zari has toned down on her behind and shed off some fat as a result of regular work outs.
The mom of three has even cut down the rate at which she tweets due to regular workout sessions. Looking at her pics, she was amazed with the results and had this to say:
"Get inspired or expired.... it comes with motivated hardwork!!! I love ma gym grind, results don't lie!"
So if you've been hitting the gym lately and the fats are not reducing for example, you might as well keep more focus on the workouts, get enough sleep and also, work out harder as opposed to longer, you will soon get the desired results.
