Barbie and Zuena have been seen wearing their below the knee dresses, a clear indication that the mini-skirt bill that was recently signed into law is biting. The anti-pornography bill which was signed into law describes pornography as; "...the showing of sexual parts of a person such as breasts, thighs, buttocks or sexual genitalia." The showing of the thighs is the one that brings the mini-skirt into the equation. The Ethics and Integrity State Minister, Rev. Fr. Simon Lokodo was asked to elaborate on how short was short and this is what he had to say; "If you are dressed in something that irritates the mind and excites other people especially of the opposite sex, you are dressed in a wrong attire and please hurry up and change." Woman activist and former Ethics and Integrity Minister, Miria Matembe was having divergent views on the anti-pornography law; "If you are going to say the buttocks are sexual parts, thighs are sexual parts, the breasts are sexual parts, then you better put the mouth which kisses because it's a sexual part and then you dress it."
