Bad Black Denied Bail Bad Black was this afternoon produced in court over a bail application she had filed. Bad black was seeking to have her original bail re-instated, but the Court of Appeal rejected her application. Apparently, she wanted court to release her on the previous terms in which she deposited the shs100m, but on asking her lawyer why the first one was cancelled, he preferred to start on a fresh application than explaining what went wrong. Court gave them the audience, but at the end of it all, the application was dismissed. Details of why the application was rejected will be given in the next court session on June 25, 2014.
